+ TELL ME ABOUT FREEWAVE SHOW?

Freewave Show is a concept that is all about keeping a minimal selection of high-quality menswear. We explore collections from our favorite brands and only choose gear we would wear. Our mission is not to stock rows of apparel. We try to keep it to less than 20 pieces and on a rotating basis.

+ WHY DO YOU ONLY OFFER A LIMITED AMOUNT OF APPAREL?

We don't want to just fill our 'shop' page with rows or garments from 50 designers. There is enough of that. We want to curate a selection that we feel best represents premium casualwear. We work hard to connect with brands and understand their manufacturing philosophy to then best select a garment or two from their collection.

+ HOW DO YOU HANDLE ORDERS AND SHIPPING?

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We’re a small company and we appreciate your patience as we carefully pack your orders. All orders placed by 10am EST will typically ship out that same day. All orders placed after 10am EST will ship out the next business day. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day.

+ IS SHIPPING FREE?

All shipments within the United States are sent by either UPS or USPS. We provide complimentary shipping on all orders over $100.

+ HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER WENT THROUGH?

You'll receive an email from us as soon as the order is complete.

+ HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

And we'll send another email once it ships. With all the details, or course.

+ WHAT ABOUT CHANGING OR CANCELLING MY ORDER?

Please send change requests to info@freewaveshow.com. We will be happy to make changes to your order as long as it has not yet been shipped.

+ WHO SHOULD I CONTACT IF I HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT FIT OR MATERIALS AND STUFF LIKE THAT?

+ PAYMENT METHODS

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Paypal.

+ SALES TAX

State sales tax will only be charged on applicable items shipped within Virginia. No tax will be charged to orders shipped outside of VA.

+ HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. We will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for online purchases.

+ RETURN DETAILS

Please send your return request to info@freewaveshow.com with your order number and the list of items you would like to return. We will then respond with a confirmation email with a return authorization form. Please send your original merchandise, unwashed and unworn, with all tags attached to us at the address below. We happily accept returns within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

Take Note: Freewave Show will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. When your return is received, we will credit the card used to make the original purchase. We will process your return immediately but the time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your bank and/or credit card company. Most refunds post within 48 hrs.

+ EXCHANGE DETAILS

Email us at info@freewaveshow.com to request authorization of your exchange and confirmation that your desired size and item for exchange are in stock. Upon receiving a confirmation email and exchange authorization form, please send your original merchandise, unwashed and unworn, with all tags attached to the address below. We happily accept exchanges within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

+ RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Just like how we sent it to you!

+ OUR QUALITY GUARANTEE

As you have likely noticed, we take quality apparel seriously. Every component of our products were designed and selected for their durability. And we want you to be as confident in the products we carry as we are. We have personal relationships with our brands and they want you, as our customers, to be satisfied with each of their products. So in the unlikely case that you encounter a problem with the construction of our products – from a faulty seam to a lost button – we will address it immediately. Please email us at with a brief description of the issue and photos, if possible. Upon receipt, we'll work quickly to determine the best course of action and get back to you with a plan.
